Job Description:

Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has a new registered nurse opening on our Med/Surg Oncology Team. Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our 5x Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital. As a Registered Nurse for this team, your responsibilities include:

• Completing assessments, administering medications/treatments, observing patient progress, and evaluating therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to develop optimal healthcare strategies for each patient.
• Supporting and educating patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preference for BSN.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Work experience in the specific unit preferred.

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend and holiday rotation.
