Job Description:

Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has a new registered nurse opening on our Med/Surg Oncology Team. Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our 5x Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital. As a Registered Nurse for this team, you will be responsible for the following:

  1. Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients' progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
  3. Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN requirement strongly encouraged.
  2. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  3. Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts including every third weekend and holiday rotation.
