Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg Oncology B3 Team at Winchester Hospital, a 183-bed regional facility serving the northwest suburban Boston area. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress to guide therapies.

Collaborating with physicians and the care team, you will help craft individualized care plans and educate patients and families to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Pay Range

Pay Range:

• $36.00 - $90.14
• The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
