Nashville General Hospital in Nashville, TN is hiring a Full Time Med/Surg RN to join our Medical-Surgical Unit. This role demands compassionate patient care, accurate charting, and collaboration with physicians and specialists to support quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited associate degree, Diploma, or Baccalaureate Degree program in Nursing preferred.
• Current Licensure or permit to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee or compact state.
• Employee must have valid BLS upon hire. ACLS, Chemotherapy Competency and CPI required within 90 days of hire.

Nashville General Hospital is hiring for a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN), Med/Surg in Nashville, Tennessee.

We are offering up to a $10,000 sign on bonus.

Day or Night shifts available.

Nashville General Hospital seeks to hire an experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical Surgical Unit who will embrace our commitment to providing quality care to every patient and family member. This is an 18-bedunit with a 4:1 patient ratio.

As a Med/Surg RN you will:

• Admitting and assessing patients
• Administering medication and treatments
• Monitoring vital signs and symptoms
• Running and ordering tests
• Coordinating care with Physicians and Specialists
• Charting Patient Progress

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Compassionately communicating with patients and family members.
• Paying attention to detail and staying organized when managing patient care and record keeping
• Understanding applicable state regulations and following compliance practices
• Assessing patient condition and noting it accurately according to the facility’s charting practices
• Graduate of an accredited associate degree, Diploma, or Baccalaureate Degree program in Nursing Preferred.
• Current Licensure or permit to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee or compact state.
