Job summary

St. David's Georgetown Hospital is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for Med Surg Neuro Tele to join our team at the Georgetown, Texas location.

You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the medical team and ensure documentation and safety standards are upheld. The role requires an active RN license, BLS within 30 days of employment, and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of start date.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record.
• Provide timely, compassionate patient-centered care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications and follow-up measures.
