Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in home health settings. You will perform initial assessments, develop and adjust care plans, and document findings accurately according to nursing standards.

Responsibilities include initiating IVs per policy, monitoring IV sites every 4 hours, and communicating with the team while recognizing patient status changes. An active RN license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications
