Job summary

AHMC HealthCare is seeking a Staff RN in Riverside, CA to assume responsibility for a group of patients within a designated time frame. You will collaborate to formulate and document the plan of care, and you will identify needs across biophysical, cognitive, developmental, emotional, socio-cultural, and spiritual domains.

You will maintain accountability for patient status and collect data throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Current California RN License.
• Basic Life Support (Healthcare Provider) certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Dysrhythmia certification.
• NIHSS certification or within 90 days of employment.

Position Overview

The staff RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the therapeutic environments, treatment and modalities and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

The RN shall, for each patient, collaborate in the formulation of the overall plan of care, as evidenced by written documentation. Must identify needs and problems specific to biophysical, cognitive, developmental, emotional, socio‑cultural, and spiritual domains. Must demonstrate accountability for ongoing awareness of the status of assigned patients and collect and document appropriate data.

Qualifications

Current California RN License.
