PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Stoughton in Massachusetts is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and coordinate patient care on the medical-surgical unit under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing. You will use the nursing process, participate in discharge planning, and provide patient and family teaching for post-hospital care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in-state or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; ACLS for Charge Nurses as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise patient care.
• Plan, coordinate and provide care including discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and safety.
