Moore County Hospital District in Dumas, Texas, seeks a dedicated RN to provide direct patient care in our acute care departments. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and other staff to monitor patient conditions and communicate diagnostic results.
Candidates must hold a Texas RN license (or RN Compact), current CPR, ACLS (or obtain within first year), and have six months of hospital nursing experience. PALS may be required for certain units.

SUMMARY: Provides direct patient care in the acute care departments. Communicates with physicians, nurses and other staff about patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology. Ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient’s condition. Additionally, is cross trained to perform general nursing duties in other departments and may be asked to do any reasonable job duty within scope of practice.
Six months nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Med/Surg/ICU - PALS required or obtained within first year.
Knowledge of applicable regulatory and/or accreditation standards.
