Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is hiring a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg. Full-time or 0.9 FTE with 72 hours every pay period and shifts that include every other weekend plus holidays.

The RN provides comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practices and data collection to improve patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Certification in specialty desired.
• Minimum of three years practicing as an RN in a comparable setting.
• Maintains specialty certification as per department scope.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Incorporate evidence-based practice to continually improve nursing quality.
• Collect and analyze data to drive quality improvements.
