Job summary

Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital & Clinics is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Room team. The RN provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care with evidence-based practice, aiming to continually improve care quality.

HOURS: Full-time or 0.9 FTE, 72 hours every two weeks, weekend only. Willingness to work in an emergency department with a strong team is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in Wisconsin or Michigan.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of three years RN experience in comparable setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Deliver evidence-based patient care in ER.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
