Job summary

Aspirus Eagle River Hospital in Eagle River, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our MED/SURG team. The RN will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, incorporating evidence-based practice and data analysis to improve patient outcomes.

This full-time (0.9 FTE possible) night-shift position includes every third weekend and holiday, with shift rotation. Aspirus offers full benefits, PTO from day one, retirement with match and wellness programs

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license required.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
• Incorporate evidence-based practice and data analysis to improve care quality.
• Collaborate with the MED/SURG team to ensure patient safety and best outcomes.
