Iberia Medical Center in New Iberia, LA is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Unit. You will apply the nursing process and interact with patients, families, and the health care team to provide comprehensive care across age groups.

Graduation from an approved RN program is required; previous experience is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and effective communication are essential.

IMC is currently hiring aRegisteredNurse for our Medical Surgical Unit (Med Surg), who under the general supervision of the UnitDirector and with the authority of the Chief Nursing Officer, will applynursing process (assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation) in caringfor patients. Effectively interact with patient, significant others, andother heath team members. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary toprovide care based on physical, psycho/social, education, safety and relatedcriteria for the newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric population.

EDUCATION
