Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surge Float Pool. The role offers 36 hours per week with day/night rotation.
Nurses provide 24/7 coverage for medical and surgical adult patients, honing med-surge skills in a busy float pool setting. Requirements include MA RN licensure, 1+ year RN experience preferred, BLS/ACLS as applicable, and a nursing degree (BSN preferred with ability to obtain BSN within 4 years).

ABOUT THE UNIT: The Med/Surge Float RNs provide 24/7 clinical excellence for med/surge areas. Float pool nurses care for medical and surgical adult populations. Working in the float pool hones your med-surge skills and provides a clinical overview that is unparalleled in any other med/surge area
Compensation Range: $39.80- $93.69 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
