Schedule: Part-Time

Shift: Nights

Community: Med/Surg Cardiac Oncology

Role: The RN is responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or a group of patients within the unit, including managing and supervising clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform effective assessments to ensure quality patient care.
• Conduct and document initial assessments per unit standards.
• Develop and implement appropriate care plans from admission to discharge.
• Implement nursing actions to ensure competent care delivery.
• Evaluate and adjust the nursing care plan to maintain safety and quality.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with at least an Associate of Science degree.
• Active Florida or multi-state RN license required.
