Job Description:

Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital, leading provider of comprehensive health care services in northwest suburban Boston.

As a Registered Nurse on our Med/Surg Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing assessments, administering medications and treatments, observing patient progress, and evaluating therapies for outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with physicians and medical professionals to develop optimal care strategies for each patient.
  • Supporting and educating patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. BSN strongly encouraged.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Work experience in a unit-specific specialty preferred.

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts including every third weekend and holiday rotation.
