Umatilla County in Oregon is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg Department on the night shift. This full-time position offers a 36 hrs/week schedule: Sun, Thur, Fri; Wed, Thu, Fri 7:00pm-7:30am.

Assesses, prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing care provided. Ensures provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of nursing process, established standards of care, policies and procedures.

RN is responsible for the written Nursing Care Plan, acts as the patient advocate, and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned to RN. The RN is responsible to the Unit Nurse Manager or House Supervisor.
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Evidence of continuing education appropriate for skill level and area of practice.

Current RN license in the State of Oregon; ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certification required. Certifications specific to areas of clinical specialty may be preferred.
Infusion pumps, and other medical equipment, computer terminal printer, photocopier, and patient charts.
Ability to provide care for the patient's age-specific, cultural, physical, and psychosocial well-being.
