Incredible Health, based in Natick, MA, is actively hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg. Candidates with experience in cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, ostomy, wound care and related areas are encouraged to apply. Day shifts available with full-time, part-time, and per-diem options.

The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. EMR proficiency and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license without encumbrances.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and execute physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with policies.
