Job summary

Franciscan Alliance, Inc. in Indiana is seeking registered nurses for day and night shifts across a Med Surg and an orthopedics/neuro unit. Nurses will listen, assess, and actively care for patients, developing and evaluating plans of care with compassion.

Both new graduates and experienced RNs are welcome. A night shift differential of $10 applies, with opportunities for professional development in a faith-based, mission-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required; BSN desirable.
• Licensed as an RN with a valid license to practice in Indiana or listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Experienced and new graduate Nurses are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care on a 22-bed Med Surg unit and 30-bed ortho/neuro unit.
• Develop and implement plans of care; reassess and evaluate patients.
• Maintain typical patient ratios and ensure safety.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
• Work day, night, and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs. Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Experienced and new graduate Nurses are welcome.
