Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical in Melbourne, FL. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

This role offers diverse shifts—day, night, and mid—with full-time, part-time, or per diem options. Required ADN or higher, Florida RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of relevant nursing experience.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and smooth discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with hospital policies.
