Incredible Health in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse - Med Surg to care for a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree
• Active RN license
• 1 year nursing experience in med-surg or similar setting
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement care plans as directed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately in EMR and comply with policies

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.
