Incredible Health in the Washington, DC area is hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg to care for diverse patient populations across acute and chronic settings.

Requires ADN or higher, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of med-surg experience with BLS. EMR proficiency and strong clinical skills are essential. Benefits include 401K, tuition assistance, PTO, and more.

Formación

• 1 year nursing experience in a medical-surgical or similar setting.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management, post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in accordance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
