IU Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse to deliver and coordinate evidence-based care across the care continuum. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate, while engaging in teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Applicants should hold an ASN with RN licensure in Indiana or via NLC; a BSN is preferred. BLS is required, with additional certifications potentially needed by unit.

The registered professional clinical nurse (RN) is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The clinical nurse participates in decision‑making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. The nurse adheres to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.
