Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg unit in Jackson, Michigan. The role supports cardiac, oncology, orthopedic, neuro and other patient populations with a focus on acute and chronic care. Expect collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and patient education for discharge planning.

The position offers day and night shifts with three hiring types: full time, part time, and per diem, reflecting flexible staffing needs in a Magnet-recognized hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse inpatients.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and follow physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan discharge.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document care accurately in line with policies.

Qualifications
