Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg in the Jackson, MI area. The role supports cardiac, orthopedic, oncology, and other patient populations with duties including meds administration, vital signs, and care coordination.

Shifts available: day and night. Full time, part time, and per diem positions offered. Eligible candidates hold an ADN/BSN, active RN license, and BLS certification with EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills across assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in EMR per policies.
