Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Canton, GA to care for a diverse patient population across acute and chronic conditions. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and support discharge planning in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Required are ADN or higher, an active RN license, at least 1 year in medical-surgical care, BLS, and EMR proficiency. The role offers day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year medical-surgical nursing experience.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills.
• Proficient with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patients with acute or chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and follow treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient care activities per hospital and departmental policies.

Qualifications
