Incredible Health is hiring Registered Nurses for Med Surg in the Detroit, MI area. Positions include day, night, and mid shifts across full-time, part-time, and per-diem options.

Requires ADN or higher nursing degree, active RN license, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical care. BLS certification and EMR proficiency are essential for patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• At least 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in compliance with hospital policies.

Salary: $61,860 to $100,870 /year
