Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg/Telemetry unit. You will deliver safe patient care, assess, plan, implement and evaluate, and guide patient/family teaching while maintaining clinical standards.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and ideally Acute Care hospital experience. BSN degree preferred. Full-time days with competitive Total Rewards benefits including PTO, 401K, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current (preferred).
• Experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit.
• Communicates with physician about changes in patient's clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
• Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients. He / She communicates with physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $42.00 to $52.51. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
