Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized care plans with patient and team involvement, delegates and coordinates interdisciplinary care, and evaluates patient outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, maintains accurate documentation, and promotes professionalism.

Qualifications

Current RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN (preferred). Less than 12 months experience requires completing BSN within four years.

Physical Requirements

Ability to see, hear, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, lift, walk, stand, and, if applicable, drive.

Additional Details

Position is full-time night shift, with hourly pay between $37.17 and $56.17.
