Incredible Health in Bartlett, TN is hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg to provide high-quality care for acute and chronic conditions across diverse patient populations. The role offers day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, or per diem options.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, coordinate discharge planning, and educate patients and families. Candidates should have ADN or higher, active RN license, 1 year med-surg experience, BLS, and proficiency with EMR.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management, post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in EMR per hospital and departmental policies.
