Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Med-Surg unit in the Washington, DC area. Hospitals are actively seeking qualified nurses with experience across cardiac, neuro, ortho, and oncology patient populations.

Qualifications

• Requires ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year medical-surgical or similar experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care per hospital policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
