Job summary

Mercy in Van Buren, AR seeks an experienced RN to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process in a full-time role with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for applicants with at least 1 year of experience. The position involves coordinating patient care with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligned with Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. Must have ACLS and BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire.
