Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse in Fort Smith, AR to deliver direct patient care using the nursing process. You will be professionally accountable for care provided to assigned patients and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires a current RN license (state and/or compact) and BLS/ACLS certifications, with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for full-time work and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN/ Diploma/ BSN required.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or to be obtained within probationary period.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. Must have ACLS and BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire.
