Mercy in Fort Smith, AR, seeks an experienced RN to deliver high-quality patient care within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework. You will coordinate patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

The role requires at least 1 year of nursing experience, a current RN license, and ACLS/BLS with AHA provider card, with a generous $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and no contract.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing degree from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Active RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure for nursing duties performed.
• Certifications: American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or equivalent; ACLS and BLS (or obtain within 90 days).

Position Details:

10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs

3500 Details:

• Bed Numbers: 26
• Nurse to Patient Ratio: 4:1 possible 5:1
• Patient Population: stepdown patients cardiac drips set rates, cardiac drips set rates, post procedural patients, cardioversions, bipap, airvo, chest tubes, post pacemakers BLS/ACLS/NIHSS common diagnosis of CHF, COPD, CKD

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. Must have ACLS and BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire.
