This full-time role involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies while collaborating with the clinical team. The ideal candidate must hold an Associates in Nursing, a current RN license in Kansas, and a Basic Life Support certification. A Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred, along with ACLS certification within 6 months of hiring.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Kansas.
• Current Basic life Support certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Certification in ACLS and PALS preferred within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs.
• Perform nursing care according to the population served.
