Job summary

LMH Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Primary Care at 6th & Maine in Lawrence, KS. This role provides direct nursing care, coordinates patient care with a multidisciplinary team, and supports discharge planning to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing.
• Current RN license to practice in Kansas.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS if applicable may waive BLS.

Responsibilities

• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Coordinate care with the clinical team and physicians.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
