Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System's Methodist Physicians Clinic - Elkhorn is seeking a Registered Nurse to monitor, record, and report patient changes and participate in all aspects of patient care. You will prepare, assist, and educate patients for examinations and treatment, and support families with health education.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license (compact preferred), and BLS certification within 3 months of hire; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license with valid compact multistate license.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record changes in patient conditions and relay information to providers.
• Document lab results, procedures, and treatments; coordinate with care teams.
• Educate patients and families on health topics and post-visit instructions.
