Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required, or ADN with up to 5 years to hire date.
• Certification and licensure as Nebraska RN.
• Ability to use hospital information systems and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care and personalized patient service.
• Assess patient needs and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Collaborate with providers and health professionals on care plans.
• Implement interventions safely and monitor patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families and communicate SBAR change of shift.
• Maintain professional behavior and participate in quality improvement.
• Ensure safety and compliance with standards and nursing protocols.
• Address risks and document care and administrative tasks.
