Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas seeks a registered nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care in alignment with facility policies and patient-centered care principles.

You will lead the healthcare team, oversee staff under your supervision, and demonstrate Service Excellence in all interactions. Nevada RN licensure, BLS, and appropriate specialty certifications are required. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course/or equivalent within 6 months of hire
• BSN preferred
• One-year acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada
• Current BLS Certification
• Current ACLS Certification (adult) or PALS/NRP as required by department
• Must pass pre-employment assessments

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team
• Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times
