Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center is part of The Valley Health System serving Northwest Las Vegas. This 336-bed facility provides a wide range of medical services and maternity care, with a Level III NICU and a strong commitment to community health.

As a registered nurse on the hospital team, you will deliver safe, patient-centered care, support the healthcare staff, and uphold Service Excellence standards while meeting credential requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
• One year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
