Park Nicollet Health Services in Brooklyn Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Brookdale Primary Care team. As a Partner for Good, you will support a diverse patient population through triage and direct patient care, using clinical judgment to improve outcomes while working within a collaborative care model.

The role focuses on triage, injections and immunizations, documenting in the electronic health record, and coordinating with providers.

Formación

• Maintain a current Minnesota RN licensure.
• Wisconsin licensure required where applicable.
• Current BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.
• No online-only courses accepted.

Job Description

Position Summary

Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, scope of practice, along with recognized professional standards and Health Partner and employer specific protocols and policy.

Supports multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skill and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights. Resolves concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a great, collaborative care team serving a very diverse patient population. This role combines triage and direct patient care to support the care team, address gaps between visits, and improve patient outcomes. The RN will work at the top of their license, using strong clinical judgment to provide timely, patient‑centered care while helping reduce the overall cost of care.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00am-5:00pm, varying start/end times

Required Qualifications

• Maintain a current Minnesota registered nurse’s licensure.
• WI licensure required where applicable.
• Current BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
• No online only courses accepted.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Ambulatory Nursing Experience
• 1 year of prior experience in nursing preferred
