NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens in Flushing, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse for Maternal Child Float (Mother Baby, Labor and Delivery, NICU) on a full-time night shift.

This on-site role requires at least one year RN experience in NICU/postpartum/L&D or pediatrics, a NY RN license, and BLS; NRP can be obtained within 6 months of hire. Join a compassionate team dedicated to mothers and babies.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple maternal child units including Mother Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU.
• Provide compassionate nursing care to mothers and babies during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

This is a Full Time Night (7PM - 7AM, 37.5hrs/wk) position at NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens. Rotating holidays and weekends

This is a Maternal Child FLOAT position and requires floating to multiple maternal child units like Mother Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU.

Required Criteria

• At least one year of RN experience in NICU, postpartum/nursery, labor and delivery, or pediatrics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current New York State RN license
• BLS certification with American Heart Association ; NRP certification (can obtain within 6 months of hire)
