Job summary

Quinault Wellness Center in Aberdeen, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team and deliver safe, compassionate care to individuals receiving substance use disorder treatment and MAT services.

The RN will perform MAT dose evaluations, dispense medications, administer vaccines and phlebotomy, and conduct ongoing nursing assessments while coordinating with providers to support recovery and ensure HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse licensed in Washington in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of RN experience.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment or MAT preferred.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccinations, and clinical testing preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration within interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and ongoing assessment for patients.
• Perform MAT dose evaluations and communicate findings to prescribers.
• Administer and dispense medications, including MAT agents.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe patient care.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and comply with HIPAA and regulations.
• Support vaccination management and phlebotomy as needed.
