Our RN Management Team is looking for an ICU Manager to continue building a strong team of professionals by inspiration, education, communication and appreciation. A dynamic leader who works well across departments to manage the day-to-day along with the vision of the unit. Time is split between bedside and management tasks, including staff selection, orientation, education, and competency evaluations.
Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and supervises dedicated ICU staff.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university and Registered Nurse License Issued by the Kansas State Board of Nursing required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred upon hire, could be obtained after hire.
