Job summary

The Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME, is seeking a Manager of Endoscopy to lead patient care in the Endoscopy department. You will supervise staff, collaborate with physicians and the Nurse Executive, and drive performance improvement while helping shape the department budget.

The role requires a BSN and current RN licensure, with at least two years of Endoscopy experience and active ACLS/PALS where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS upon hire and maintain current.
• A minimum of two years’ supervisory/management experience necessary.
• BSN, required.
• CNOR; preferred.
• Current ACLS Certification upon hire and maintain current
• At least two (2) years of experience in Endoscopy.
• Current PALS certification for those facilities caring for pediatric population.

• The Manager manages the staff members in the department.
• Consults with staff, physicians and Nurse Executive on nursing issues and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met.

Pay: $53.85 to $62.50

Pay Transparency

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $53.85 to $62.50. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
