Job summary

Charlotte OB/GYN, part of Atrium Health Greater Charlotte, seeks a Clinical Supervisor with strong clinical expertise and leadership to support staff and patients in a fast-paced ambulatory clinic. You will oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality care across multiple locations.

Primary hours are Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, with on-site leadership duties, collaboration with the team, and a focus on patient safety and exceptional care delivery in an expanding network of women’s health services.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• 2 years of leadership and OB/GYN experience preferred.
• BSN required; RN candidates without BSN must enroll in a BSN program within 1 year of hire/transfer and complete within 3 years.
• Previous leadership experience.

• Provide daily on-site leadership and support to clinical staff.
• Step in to assist with patient care, clinic flow, or operational needs whenever required.
• Foster an open-door environment that encourages communication, collaboration, and trust.

Charlotte OB/GYN provides exceptional women’s health care for every age and stage of life. Our board-certified physicians and entire team of compassionate medical professional care for patients at three convenient locations and provide care ranging from gynecological, preventative, and/or obstetrical care.

We are seeking a highly skilled, Clinical Supervisor who brings exceptional clinical expertise, strong leadership, and a genuine commitment to supporting both staff and patients. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ambulatory clinic environment and believes in leading by example.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing


• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices


• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association


• 2 years of prior leadership and OB/GYN experience preferred.


• BSN required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program.
