Rehabilitation Hospital of Peoria, part of Ernest Health, Inc., is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead our 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit in Peoria, AZ. This full-time leadership role directs staffing, oversees patient care, and ensures compliance with clinical standards.

The Nurse Manager will collaborate with physicians, therapists and support staff to deliver individualized rehabilitation programs and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years relevant experience.
• Three years’ experience in a hospital nurse supervisory or management position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff and administer the assigned unit, supervising the caliber of treatment and care of the patients.
• Integrate the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Rehabilitation Hospital of Peoria (Peoria, AZ) is a specialized 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility located in the northwest Phoenix metro area. The hospital provides intensive rehabilitation services for patients recovering from neurological conditions, trauma, and orthopedic surgeries. With a focus on individualized therapy plans and measurable outcomes, the clinical team is dedicated to helping patients achieve maximum independence. Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current, valid, and active state Registered Nurse license in the state of employment required.
• Current CPR certification required.
