Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager for Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Prescott Valley, AZ.

This role oversees staffing and clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care in a 44-bed inpatient setting. Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in the state of employment, CPR certification, and have at least two years of relevant nursing experience; three years in hospital nurse supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active state Registered Nurse license in the state of employment required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Two years relevant nursing experience required.
• Three years' experience in a hospital nurse supervisory or management position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and administration of the assigned unit.
• Supervises the caliber of treatment and care of the patients.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.

Nurse Manager - Full Time - Prescott Valley, Arizona

Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is a 44-bed, modern inpatient facility specializing in stroke, spinal cord and brain injuries, orthopedic trauma, and other complex conditions. We also provide Home Health services to patients in the communities of Northern Arizona. We’re dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care that restores independence and improves lives.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current, valid, and active state Registered Nurse license in the state of employment required.
• Current CPR certification required.
