The Shoal is hiring a RN/LVN for full-time day shift (6:00 am–6:00 pm) with 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am rotations. The role involves delivering nursing care in a post-acute setting, coordinating with the Unit Manager, and following established nursing standards. Strong documentation and team communication are required.

Responsibilities include care planning, medication administration, IV therapy, and EMR documentation. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required; CPR certification preferred.

Competenze

• RN/LVN license valid and in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide basic preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care per plan.
• Initiate and lead team conferences for individualized care plans.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses.
• Document observations and interventions in the EMR.
• Perform IV therapy within RN scope of practice.
• Coordinate communication among patient, family, and care team.
