Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment. We foster growth, training and development and a supportive leadership culture.

Essential duties include resident assessments, care plan development with other healthcare professionals, coordination with the IDT to optimize health outcomes, and supervision of CNAs. The RN must ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS. Salary ranges $40-$45/hour.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license required.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.
